Common questions
Does the CRM take online payments?
No. Staff record instalments, payment methods, and invoices. A student cannot pay by card inside the product.
Which roles come first?
An administrator, who can open the whole office, and a counsellor, who starts with their own enquiries, students, and follow-ups. More roles can be added.
